Jeff Smith purchased the company in 2008 from his father-in-law, who owned the business since 1987. Jeff is originally from Indiana but happily moved away from the snow and grey skies to Arizona in 1999. He has a background in finance and a love of football, travel and craft beer. When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, Toni, daughter, Piper and their two rescue dogs, Zoey and Luna.

John joined the Alpha Pest Control team in 2020. A graduate of ASU, he has a background in finance and is also a skilled house painter and a master at hanging wallpaper. He’s a sports fan (he and his wife are both ASU grads) but he also loves NAU and Alabama, where his two daughters went to college.

Alan is a US Army veteran who served as a forward observer. After retiring from the Army, he moved to Arizona and joined Alpha Pest Control. When he is not working, you can find him cheering for the Diamondbacks or spending quality time camping, hiking, and visiting parks with my family.

Doug has lived all over the country, and has recently settled in Arizona. He joined Alpha Pest Control in 2024, but has been in the industry much longer. So Doug brought a wealth of experience with him. He’s currently engaged and loves spending time with his fiancée, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. One of his favorite travel destinations is Olympia, WA! He is also an avid technology and music enthusiast.
